The customer will get a receipt mail from us that is sent automatically. After that, we will reply you as soon as possible.

We'll send the customer an quotation for free.
We'll confirm the image of lanterns the customer order, by asking the kind of use, delivery date, number of lanterns, size, letters, design, etc. After that, we'll send a quotation for free by email.
After your approval, we'll e-mail you the order confirmation.
If the customer approve the quotation, we'll send an order-confirmation e-mail. When the order-confirmation e-mail arrives at the customer, your order will be confirmed.
The order-confirmation e-mail includes the breakdown of your order details as well as the total amount and payee's bank account.
After receiving the transfer, we'll start making the ordered product.
Delivery of goods by a delivery company
We will ship the product according to your scheduled delivery date.
After shipping, we'll inform the customer the tracking number on the invoice.
